We at Magnet Solutions realize that our customers, most of whom are healthcare providers,

are required to ensure the confidentiality of patient healthcare data pursuant to HIPAA.

We understand the sensitivities and the seriousness associated with keeping patient healthcare data private and secure.

We are fully compliant with HIPAA requirements and standards.

We have met these requirements for many years prior to the federal regulations.

All personnel have passed HIPAA compliance standards tests.

Security is always a high priority,

not only to protect against data or hardware loss, but also to ensure confidentiality.

Physical security is maintained through locked employee entrances to privileged areas,

we additionally utilize separate customer entrances to our building.

Informational security is accomplished through the use of user passwords, virus protection, and backup systems.

Only authorized users have access to restricted files. All operating systems and security patches are current.

Servers are constantly monitored to maintain security.
