Patient Account Representative

About Us:

As a Patient Account Representative, you’ll be the voice of compassion and clarity, guiding patients through their billing inquiries and helping them find solutions with empathy and professionalism.

What You’ll Do:
As a Patient Account Representative, you will:

  • Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers regarding billing inquiries.

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Resolve patient concerns related to insurance, billing, and account balances.

  • Maintain and update patient account records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Work with the patient to understand their financial needs and find a payment option that works best for them.

  • Perform billing functions such as collecting payments, arranging payment plans and follow up on inadequate payments.

  • Uphold compliance with state and federal regulations and client-specific policies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Experience in medical billing or a related field preferred, but willing to train the right individual.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems

Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: 

Magnet Solutions/ Accelerated Receivable Solutions [MS/ARS] is committed to maintaining equipment and property that is safe, well-maintained, and visually appealing. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and safety of MS/ARS equipment and properties. This role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and responding to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner. 

 

Education and Experience: 

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; technical or vocational training preferred.  

Experience: Related experience preferred, on-the-job training offered. 

Licensure Requirements: Valid Drivers License  

 

Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor / Facilities Manager   

 

Job Duties:  

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. 

  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment, machinery, and building systems. 

  • Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly. 

  • Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include lawncare, repairing drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, repairing doors and other building fixtures. 

  • Cleans and assists with upkeep of properties. 

  • Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs. 

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. 

  • Additional duties as assigned. 

Required Skills/Abilities:  

  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools. 

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 

  • Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers. 

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects. 

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. 

Physical Requirements:  

  • Standing/Walking: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, often for the majority of the shift. 

  • Lifting/Carrying: Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier loads with assistance. 

  • Climbing: Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and work at heights (e.g., rooftops, scaffolding). 

  • Bending/Kneeling/Crouching: Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and crawling to access equipment and confined spaces. 

  • Manual Dexterity: Use of hands and fingers to handle tools, operate machinery, and perform repairs. 

  • Vision: Good vision (with or without corrective lenses) to read blueprints, schematics, and perform detailed work. 

  • Hearing: Adequate hearing to detect alarms, equipment malfunctions, and communicate effectively in noisy environments. 

  • Environmental Tolerance: Ability to work in various environments including hot, cold, dusty, or noisy conditions, and occasionally outdoors.
