Position Description: A Patient Account Representative performs a variety of day-to-day operations related to first party collections, implementing each client's policies and practices for ensuring satisfaction in handling of patient accounts with compliance of State and Federal governed laws, under general supervision. Perform billing functions to ensure invoicing is complete and accurate.
Patient Account Representatives call patients on behalf of our healthcare clients to answer questions they have related to their medical bill and help guide them toward account resolution.

HR Generalist
Position Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to oversee and manage various human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
