Patient Account Representative

Patient Account Representatives call patients on behalf of our healthcare clients to answer questions they have related to their medical bill and help guide them toward account resolution. 
 

This is a rewarding position in which our team works with patients to help them better understand their medical bill and determine the best options available to them for repayment. Individuals with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and who enjoy helping others will thrive in this role.

Previous call center experience and general medical and insurance knowledge is a plus, but all necessary training will be provided.
