For the second year in a row, sister companies Accelerated Receivables Solutions and Magnet Solutions have been awarded one of the Best Places to Work in Collections by Inside ARM.
Recipients of this award demonstrate, “the most positive workplace environments in the debt collection industry.” ARS and MS received recognition for this award in the mid-sized company category, which is made up of companies ranging from 50 – 149 employees.
Awards are determined after a two-part survey is completed that evaluates the company workplace environment, policies and practices and records responses from employees on their workplace experience. Winners are determined by the Best Companies Group who facilitate and score the submissions, according to Inside ARM.
